In car rental, out of hours (OOH) refers to a service that some suppliers offer for vehicle collection. This means the supplier allows you to collect your rental car at a time outside their regular business hours, for example late at night or early in the morning.
The supplier may also charge a fee for this service, known as an out of hours fee.
