In car rental, a no-show is a situation where the renter fails to cancel the booking and does not show up for the reservation.
Suppliers may charge a no-show fee for this.
- In case of a no-show, the original booking conditions will only be maintained for 12 hours and only if the supplier has been previously informed.
- If you fail to pick up the vehicle at the booked time and date or notify us of cancellation before the rental is booked to start, this will be treated as a no-show. If you cannot pick up the vehicle due to insufficient documentation or because your credit card is not valid or accepted by the supplier or does not hold sufficient funds to cover the deposit, this is also treated as a no-show.
