About the role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Coach to lead, guide, mentor, and play a significant role in the onboarding process of our new hires.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, knowledge of Agile development methods and a passion for new technologies. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys mentoring and guiding people and teams in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Mentor our new hires, to ensure they achieve productivity quickly and smoothly;
- Take part in recruitment process;
- Implement and coach Agile methodologies;
- Promote best practices in software development and continuous learning
- Assist in resolving technical issues
You are the right person if you have:
- Interested in coaching people;
- Experience with different programming languages;
- In-depth knowledge of web technologies;
- A good understanding of web services (e.g., REST);
- Experience with version management software (e.g., GIT);
- Previous experience as a software engineer;
- Experience with cloud providers and their APIs (e.g., AWS);
- Excellent English language skills.
